The Six Sigma Trainer is a revolutionary product designed to allow self paced study in the area of Six Sigma and statistical problem solving. Learning takes place by solving problems. Detailed theory is provided for each problem along with step-by-step solutions to example problems. Many problems even include a template for Microsoft Excel.

The Six Sigma Trainer contains a Fundamentals section designed to teach basic statistical methods and mechanics, and an Applications section to teach complete solutions to complex problems. The fundamentals section contains simple problems that can be solved in less than 10 minutes after the user has learned the material. The Applications section contains computer simulations that require a series of problem solving steps to be completed. These problems may take over 1 hour to complete.
